There are 3 different routes for the Harishchandragad trek. Paachnai route is the easiest, then the Khireshwar route which is medium. The most difficult route to Harishchandragad is the trek through Nalichi Vaat. So you can explore all these routes. Harishchandragad is one of the popular trekking destinations in Maharashtra. Kokankada trek is also the main attraction of this fort. After you complete the Harishchandragad trek, you can plan to climb Kalsubai peak, the highest peak in Maharashtra. There are other forts in the surroundings such as Hanumantgad Fort, Bhairavgad Fort, Sindola Fort, Hadsar Fort, Jivdhan Fort and Naneghat.
