There are two routes from Pune to Sinhagad fort. One is from Khadakwasla Lake and another is from Katraj-Khed Shivapur. Sinhagad fort is around 30-35km from Pune. You can visit Sinhagad on your private vehicle. There is parking facility available at the base of the fort.
If you want to trek the Sinhagad fort, then start from the base village, Thoptewadi. It will take you around 1 to 2 hours to reach at the top of the fort. Sinhagad fort trek is an easy trek so you will definitely enjoy the trek.
