Sinhagad fort trek is easy. Anyone can climb the Sinhagad with ease. There are 3 main routes to climb Sinhagad. Pune Darvaja route is a proper trekking route. Then there is Kalyan Darvaja route which is easier than the previous one. And if you don’t want to do the hard work (LOL), then you can take the path which will directly take you to the fort doors. There are private vehicle services at the base village.
Compared to nearby Torna fort and Rajgad, Sinhagad fort trek is easier. It’s also one of the most famous tourist destinations near Pune. During the Sinhagad fort trek, I have seen people of all ages such as kids, young trekkers, college friends, corporate people, families and senior citizens.
