Yes, Sinhagad Fort is open now. But be careful as there is a big crowd on weekends and specially because of the nostalgia in the lockdown (which is over now.) They are letting the trekkers in. If you could explore the less crowded place, then prefer that.

[Updated Info] Sinhagad will be closed and they will charge fine if people still wander in the area. So please confirm first if you are planning to visit Sinhagad or Khadakwasla Lake.

Yes, Tikona Fort is open for trekking now. In addition to that, Visapur fort is also open. If possible, avoid going on weekends, because there will be so much crowd on the forts.

(Update) As per the Government Guidelines, all the forts are closed due to precautionary measures against COVID-19. I recommend you to stay at home and wait until the new guidelines related to hiking and trekking in Maharashtra.

The best time to visit Lingana Fort is during the post-monsoon to winter months, from September to February. The weather during this period is cool and pleasant, and the surrounding landscapes remain green and scenic, making the trek both safer and more enjoyable.

Although we reached at the Railing Pathar at 5 AM, my turn for the valley crossing came at around 12.30 PM. Even after the sunset, I was on the top of the Lingana peak. We reached back at base village around 12.30 AM. So be careful. You can read more about my Lingana fort trek deadly experience here: https://vinaykadam.com/lingana-fort-trek/
